Modern Jive, it's a dynamic blend of many dances including Salsa, Ballroom, Hip Hop, Latin and Jive. Is it any wonder it's the fastest growing partner dance in the world?

The way we teach it is fun, easy, relaxed, friendly, and you don't need a partner to start dancing. In fact, most people start on their own and may bring a partner after they are 'hooked'.

It's that good a dance that even Prince William and his Kate have been photographed doing this dance. It's good enough for the future King of England, so give the dance that gets a Royal 'Cool Britannia!' a go at a dance night local to you.

You can learn to dance in 1 night! Just 4 Beginners' Moves will see you dancing to all the music our DJs play. From today's chart, blues, salsa, back to the 1940s' big band sounds, they play it all. Just ask them for your favourite music and if it's danceable it will be played for you. Our DJs play at many dance venues as they are known for being some of the best on the circuit, it’s not a set play list from them as they play to the room and your dance mood

Worried about being the new person? Don't be. Without fail we have new dancers or those coming back for their second visit every dance night we hold. We aim to make you feel welcome and get you dancing.

The NHS are encouraging us all to ‘Change for Life’ and dancing is a great way to put a spring in your step. Shake off those winter clothes, dance into fitness, fun and your summer clothes with a smile on your face, its exercise the easy way.

Got a CSSC (Civil Service Sports Council) card? If you have, we will give you a discount of £1 for a normal night's dancing, and £5 off the price of a dance workshop .
